Havas Media Network Reports Momentum of CSA and Elevates Jamie Seltzer to Lead Analytics, Data, and Technology
Today, Havas Media Network (HMN) shares the impressive growth of CSA – the agency network’s global brand dedicated to helping clients understand and meaningfully activate customer data to optimize growth. Spearheading CSA’s continued evolution, Jamie Seltzer takes on an expanded remit as Global EVP, CSA and Analytics. Since Havas Media Network scaled CSA globally in June of 2023, the offering has launched in 12 countries, encompassing more than 250 team members, and implementing over 450 projects in 2023.
With over 40 years of history in France, HMN scaled CSA globally to comprehensively service clients’ consultation, technology, and data science needs. Leveraging a deep understanding of clients’ business challenges and a depth of data and expertise across the globe, CSA has become an invaluable partner in developing a holistic view of marketing performance, servicing more than 300 clients around the world.
“The depth of data and tech talent within our network is unparalleled, and I’m excited to expand the global footprint of CSA in 2024 with launches in Europe, APAC, the Middle East, and Africa,” Seltzer shared. “Part of what makes Havas a meaningful organization is our customer-centric, integrated approach to our work and how we deliver for clients, and I’m honored to bring together talent from CSA and our Analytics practice to establish a collaborative future for how we better integrate analytics, data and technology to drive better consumer experiences.”
Seltzer will maintain her previous responsibilities within Mx Analytics. She will continue to report to Dan Hagen, EVP, Global Head of Mx. Havas Media Network recently announced that Jorge Irizar, Global Chief Operating Officer, will oversee HMN’s specialty offerings – CSA (data & tech), Havas Market (eCommerce) and Havas Play (activation) – focusing on supercharging global growth and meaningfully delivering for clients.
“Jamie’s work to establish and lead our Analytics practice has been transformative for our agency network, ensuring that our planning methodology is rooted in data and analytics that drive better media experiences and greater business value for clients,” Hagen shared. “We’re thrilled to have Jamie lead CSA and apply her deep expertise to develop a coordinated approach to how our organization integrates analytics, advanced data science, and new technologies – for both our internal planning processes and how we deliver against clients’ broader business challenges.”
Seltzer’s tenure with Havas Media Network spans over eight years in US and Global leadership roles driving data and technology strategy and transformation, including serving as Global Managing Director of Martech and Data Strategy. She additionally provides industry guidance on data privacy and other critical issues, serving on Meta’s Global Marketing Data & Analytics Council and as a judge for multiple industry awards programs.
