Havas Media Network North America Appoints Kristin Gower to Lead B2B, Strengthening Full-Funnel Demand Management and Growth Capabilities 

Havas Media Network North America announced the appointment of Kristin Gower as Managing Director, B2B, where she will lead the network’s B2B practice, reinforcing its commitment to helping clients drive growth across the full demand spectrum, from brand creation through to demand capture. 

Reporting to Greg James, CEO of Havas Media Network North America, Gower will lead the continued evolution of the network’s capabilities, bringing together data, media, creative, and technology to help clients influence decision-making earlier and convert demand more effectively. 

The B2B landscape has fundamentally shifted from linear funnels to dynamic buying ecosystems, where decisions are shaped long before they are visible. In response, Havas Media Network is focused on delivering a more integrated approach to demand management, balancing brand building and performance to drive both mental and market availability. 

“As B2B decision-making becomes more complex, our role is to help clients navigate the full journey, not just capture demand but create it,” said Greg James. “That requires a connected system across data, media, and creative, and a clear focus on outcomes. Kristin brings leadership to help us scale that for our clients in North America.”

Gower’s appointment builds on Havas Media Network’s continued investment in B2B, including its recent acquisition of global full service B2B marketing agency Ledger Bennett. Together, Havas is building a B2B capability that delivers both the precision of demand generation and the scale of omnichannel brand building for clients in North America and beyond.
